Earl was born in 1949 in Yuba City, California. Four years later, his family, all seven of them, moved to Eastern Oregon where they mostly lived in small towns.
When Earl was four years old, he was diagnosed with a cartilage disease between the joint and the hip socket. His cartilage had a hole in it and could eventually wear down to where he might have to spend the rest of his life in bed due to the pain and the possibility of it spreading to other joints.
He wore a metal brace which ran down the full length and both sides of his left leg; the brace held his leg 3 inches off the ground. He wore a shoe on his right foot that was built up 3 inches to keep him level.
When he was six years old, he heard the Lord say to him, “I am going to heal you.”
For years, his mother took him to tent meetings, revivals, and prayer meetings, all around Eastern Oregon to be prayed for, but he was not healed.
When he was thirteen years old, his family moved to a very small community.
Every Friday night, there were prayer meetings held in a tiny, run-down shack. One Friday night, Pastor White asked, “Does anyone need prayer?” Of course, his mother pushed him forward! Before Pastor White could even touch him, he fell over backwards.
It was there, in this little shack, that Earl heard the Lord again. This time He said, “You are completely healed.” He was!
Earl was healed! It was amazing. For the first time, after thirteen years, Earl was finally able to wear a normal pair of shoes.
For many years after this, Earl vacillated between walking with Jesus and running from Jesus.
One day Jesus woke him up spiritually. He showed Earl the truth about how to walk with Him in a way that is exciting and new, by being led by Holy Spirit.
We, in this ministry team, are blessed that the Lord led him to work with us. The prophetic gifting, that the Lord has built up in him, enables Earl to function well as a visionary and communicator for this ministry.
Currently, Earl lives in Eugene Oregon. He has been a Hairstylist/Salon owner for 50 years.
He is married to Faye, the love of his life, and they have two adult children, Michaela and Micah, and so far, three grandsons.
