Dear Friends, I'm on my way back from Argentina for the 40th time.

For the last 7 years, while the Lord had me focused on other tasks, my visits to Argentina have been primarily to make some improvements in our Buenos Aires base, and keeping it rented out in our absence. But according to recent dreams and Words received, that appears ready to change.

The Lord first showed me He was sending me to Argentina in 2002. I arrived in 2003, right after the biggest financial collapse in their history, this mirroring the time when He had previously sent me to El Salvador immediately following the most horrific series of earthquakes there in decades.

Argentina, just as when He sent me to El Salvador, was a place that months earlier was hard ground when the Spirit of God gave me my arrival dates. But, upon my arrival I found both nations to be fertile ground. The Lord has perfect timing.

I believe that time has again arrived for Argentina. They are in political and economic upheaval again, and are more open to receive direction and healing from God. The difference this time is we have a great network and infrastructure in place that we didn't have 16 years earlier, such as a dedicated intercessory prayer network, ministry connections throughout South America, and a ministry base camp in Buenos Aires.

Please be praying for some of our biggest needs, partners in ministry, finances, and for detailed instructions concerning the exact future steps I am to take. Especially, for proper timing and connections for the next trip to Argentina.

After being sidelined for the last 7 years, I am so blessed to see that the word the Lord has given me to share for many years is now being received with more openness. This message of a renewed biblical church model encourages and additionally clarifies and simplifies the ministry of all believers. It is an all-encompassing bottom up structure that reaches a greater multitude of lost sheep and makes them much stronger.

As a surprise to me, I have been working with various teams of committed brothers and sisters who are not willing to settle for the status quo in the Eugene, OR area to develop the balanced Ephesians 4 church. I am finding it is easier to establish that new wineskin where the previous one is not that strong. It’s easier to make roads in the desert where previous settlements aren’t plentiful. The net the Lord is weaving will reach people that could not be reached before. Eugene is a perfect example of a city full of people who are not receptive to the traditional church format.

God is establishing His powerful new thing in many unlikely spots. I believe we are to be a part of that. Unexpectedly the Lord is giving me signs that I may do some work in Northern California and even Alaska, besides some previous states I’ve worked in, like Texas and Washington. I’ll keep you posted as that becomes clear.

The Lord has used the last few years, especially this last one, to greatly reinforce my personal foundation, and the foundation of our ministry team. I'm very honored if the Lord leads you to be part of that foundation in any way.

Our supporting infrastructure is in place. The Lord has been building a strong team of prophetic prayer warriors, and guiding elders. Having those teams mostly in place, resource supply teams are the next step. We cannot operate effectively in the earth without material resources.
