‘The prophetic council groups will be initiated after your next return to Oregon’. This is the clear word I heard from the Lord back in May.

I had been frustrated that the people the Lord had me encouraging in Oregon to form prophetic (consultant) councils over the previous year seemed to be going nowhere. However, over a 7-week period after my arrival in Eugene in mid-June, 4 groups formed in Lane county with the goal to discern clear confirmed words from our Commander of church operations and dispatch them on to those to whom they are directed. This utilizes those whom the Lord has called to confirm directions to the rest of the church working as a team in humble harmony as described in 1 Corinthians 14:29-33.

We are seeing fruit already. The Lord delights in giving to those who honor His order.

One of those prophetic (pro) councils is located about an hour up the river from Eugene in a place called Rainbow, Oregon that He nudged me to call ground zero. I later found others had also been given that designation for this spot on the map. Spectacular things are happening there as people are coming from many parts of Oregon, the Pacific Northwest and beyond to participate in what the Lord is doing among them.

Our Father also is using me as an advisor for an Apostolic (builder) network that is forming in Lane County. They are big beneficiaries of the pro councils.

One of the goals of this apostolic network is to create, collect and distribute funds as directed by the Lord to other parts of the body that are helping to form this original biblical structure. Apostolic allocation of funds helps assure the church is built according to God’s model. Acts 4:32-37.

I was also led to connect to an apostolic leader of many business leaders on the east side of the mountains around Bend, OR. I believe he and his prayer intercession leader will additionally be tied into the network that God is forming on the west side of the mountains in Lane county.

I never thought when the virus shut doors to foreign ministry that I’d be busier than ever in the US taking advantage of this time of discomfort to help move the church into God’s society resistant structure that will be fruitful even when the church is prevented from doing such things as having large gatherings.

I’ve seen more movement in the last 6 months towards that biblical foundation structure, that the Lord showed me back in 2004 to proclaim, than I have in the last 10 years. I’ve been surprised to see pastors, who are ready to embrace the new wineskin, seeking my council knowing that I’ve been speaking on this unity encouraging biblical structure for years.

I believe that the Lord is using this pestilence and chaos for good to create a much stronger and healthier body of Christ. Just as Jesus allowed Lazarus to die so he could reveal a new level of glory he was bringing back to earth, likewise this lingering Coronavirus is allowing Him to bring a new level of glory to the church that the world has never seen since the days of Acts.

I know it seems dark now, but like most of you, I believe we are coming into the most amazing time on earth for the Kingdom of God.

I am also ministering in a team out of Dallas, TX that is praying together and relaying what we believe we are hearing to high-level apostolic business owners via Zoom. This new acceptance of using technology to minister rather than always having to meet in person has really created a significantly greater level of efficiency. Owners of national businesses are greatly encouraged and gaining a clearer vision of the Lord’s path for them after a relatively small amount of time of prophetic consultation on Zoom.

I believe foreign ministry, beginning in Argentina where we have an unattended apartment, will be starting up again around the end of the year. There is a multitude in Argentina, as in other countries, that are devastated, looking up, and looking for answers.

The apartment, that I have put a considerable amount of money and work into over the last few years, is perfectly positioned to serve as a tremendous base for our ministry work in Argentina and throughout south America. One hardship I’m facing is the inability to rent it over the last 6 months putting an additional financial strain on us.

In all my years of ministry, this is the most effective I’ve ever felt. The Lord is showing me other areas where He will be sending me to work.

This is the first time in 2 decades of ministry where funds is the only thing missing to gain considerable territory for the Kingdom of the Lord. This is truly a strike while the iron is hot time for me and the church in general! We can’t miss this amazing season in which we live. The recent events of the enemies pandemic closing down of the nations of the world, forced isolation, upheaval, death and the growing darkness of evil has given the Body of Jesus Christ the tremendous opportunity to shine brightly as He is opening doors to the whole world sharing His Great Love For All.
