Hello Dear co-laborers in the Eternal Kingdom, I am reporting from my 2^nd trip into Argentina already this year. I returned to Buenos Aires a week ago from a week-long trip to Tucuman Argentina, a city of 1 million people, 800 miles northeast of Buenos Aires. Tucuman is called the garden of the republic and the original capital of Argentina until it was moved to Buenos Aires.

Tucuman was a surreal experience. It is where the Lord downloaded, mostly in a series of dreams 19 years ago, most of what I am still primarily preaching. The nice thing is that my message is more easily received here now, as it also is now in the US. I was immediately given the platform to speak to groups and several individual church elders. Then I was given the platform to speak in a new church body, planted by my primary apostolic (builder) contact in Tucuman. He and his wife (who functions highly in a pastoral role) have planted foundations, businesses and now this church body in the fastest growing area in all of South American just west of Tucuman. It was wild talking to their grown and 2 married sons, the oldest who was only waist high when I was there last in 2006. They have gone full speed ahead with the small group gatherings, which matures gifts and makes disciples, that I helped start 19 years ago. The benefits of having an apartment base in the capital are paying off now. The national airport, different from the international airport, is 15 minutes from our apartment. I keep a bag packed for quick travel from here to other parts of the country. It also makes it easy if the Lord wants to pull a Philip on me and do an instant translation. :)  Our base here is situated in the only place in Argentina where I can restock and recuperate without the need to return to the US and with higher speed internet than I have in Phoenix. As with most, a large part of my ministry now is accomplished without the travel time and expense via audio or video communication to ohter parts of Argentina and the world. Much more efficient than the old days when I had to recuperate back in the US.

Looking back now, I realize that, ever since Tucuman, God has always connected me to a strong apostolic type of person or persons everywhere I have been sent in the last 19 years. That is the key for a unified powerful ecclesia. Strong networked apostolic hubs with detailed direction from prophetic teams. This provides greater strategies and resources for the rest of the body. And now I have more testimonies to share about the apostolic networks and prophetic intercessory teams forming in other territories to produce much greater Kingdom expansion.

As with my mission 2 months ago, I will culminate this tour meeting with strategic people and groups in Dallas, Tx. Prophetic ministry is my primary focus there, as it was last time. I wouldn’t have guessed that Dallas would open so quickly to receive the prophetic ministry. Much of that is due to the work of Joe Galindo, my main partner and a co-founder of the Upper Room in Dallas. But more and more people see the need to use every supernatural tool our Father has given us.

I am pleased to have the mandate to head up to Oregon in mid-June. The apostolic network continues to expand with the mandate to kick out the strangling powers of influence there. We are waking up to understand that ambassadors are called, not to hang out in the Kingdom embassy, but to bring the Kingdom to every mountain in society. Yes! A new generation that realizes the church has stayed mostly out of the game is rising up and storming the gates of Hell for the Kingdom of God as was our original mandate.

I am asking our Father for the clearest strategy, so we keep using resources (time, money, spiritual gifts, etc....) in the most precise and efficient way to accomplish His purposes. Please focus prayer on that and pass on to me any revelation He should give you. Confirmations from others are a huge piece that continues to ensure fruitful work.
